Su Qinwang

  • Shan Qi (善耆), courtesy name Aitang (艾堂), was a member of the Aisin Gioro clan, from the Manchu Xiangbai Banner. He was the 10th generation of the Suqinq Wang (肃亲王), a hereditary title in the Qing Dynasty, and held the position of the highest-ranking prince in the Qing imperial family. Shan Qi was a prominent noble and official during the late Qing Dynasty.

    • Chen Nian

      Chen Nian was born in Shnayin, Zhejiang. Grow up in a poor family and learnt poetry and calligraphy by himself in his childhood. Admire Wu Changshuo as his master. Moved to Beijing when he was 40-year-old and worked at Beijing library. After that become a teacher at Peiping Art School. Good at painting flowers and scenery, calligraphy and seal carving. Worked as a Director of China Artists Association, Vice President of Beijing Academy of Fine Arts, President of Chinese Painting Research Association.

      Li Hongzhang, courtesy name Shaoquan, also known as Li Zhongtang and Li Fuxiang, was from Hefei, Anhui, and was a prominent statesman in the late Qing Dynasty. He held the positions of the Three Teachers of the East Palace, Grand Secretary of the Wenhua Hall, Minister of Beiyang Commerce, and Governor-General of Zhili.

      Prince Gong Yixin (恭亲奕訢) was the sixth son of Emperor Daoguang and the half-brother of Emperor Xianfeng. He was a prominent official during the reigns of Emperor Xianfeng, Emperor Tongzhi, and Emperor Guangxu, and served as a key figure in the Self-Strengthening Movement (洋务运动). He contributed greatly to the development of modern industry and education in China. Additionally, he was a pioneer in Qing foreign diplomacy during the late Qing Dynasty. Prince Gong played a significant role in suppressing the Taiping Rebellion, helping to preserve Qing rule. He assisted Emperor Tongzhi in realizing the Tongzhi Restoration (同治中兴), which aimed to revitalize the Qing Dynasty.
