(hereinafter referred to as "The Company") handles during the planning and performance of auctions are important assets to both the customer and The Company, and The Company hereby ascertains that it is responsible for the appropriate care and management of said information. The Company therefore will commit to following the following policy regarding to protect the personal information of its customers.

Compliance to Laws and Regulations

The Company will comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations regarding the protection of personal information that have been enacted by the government.

Purpose of Use

The Company may use the customer's personal information within the bounds of the operation of its auction business (identity confirmation, entry tickets, shipment and payment of products, credit evaluation, debt management, collecting and analyzing marketing data, etc.). If the customer may inform The Company that they do not wish to have their information used, at which point The Company will cease usage of their information.

Non-disclosure to Third Parties

Personal information will be used for the purpose of presenting auction information, shipping catalogs, registering and refunding auctioned items, shipping auctioned goods, and filling out our inquiry forms, and will not be disclosed to third parties except in the following cases.

・ We have permission from the customer
・ It is necessary to disclose to another business to complete work that has been outsourced to them, in order to provide a service that the customer wishes to receive
・ It is required by law

Security Measures

The Company will conduct strict safety management to prevent unauthorized access to, or the loss, destruction, falsification, or leaking of personal information.

Out-sourcing

In the case that The Company outsources the processing of personal information, The Company will select only businesses that fulfill The Company's security standards, and will conduct the appropriate management and supervision of said company.

Identity Confirmation

If a customer wishes to confirm, edit, or delete the personal information held regarding them by The Company, The Company will provide an expedient response upon confirming the customer’s identity.

Personal Information Management

The Company will periodically alter their personal information procedures and the regulations related thereto for the purpose of making improvements. The will also train and educate their staff in the proper management procedures for personal information.
