  • Chen Mo (1886–1945), whose courtesy names included Jian'an (迦盦), Jiā'ān (迦庵), Jiā'ān (伽庵), Jiāxiān (迦仙), and whose pseudonym was Jiā Lántuó (迦藍陀), was a painter from Changshu, Jiangsu Province, China.

    • Wu Hufan

      Wu Hufan, originally named Yi Yan, courtesy name Yujun, later changed his name to Wan, and his pseudonym was Dongzhuang. He also used the name Qian and signed his works as Hufan. Born in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, he was an important figure in modern Chinese painting and also a renowned expert in calligraphy and painting appraisal.

      Xiao Tui’an, art name was Tui An, Han Chan and Zuisong Laoren, born in Changshu Jiangsu. In his later years he moved to Suzhou. In his youth he lived in Shanghai and taught at Chengdong Women’s School and Aiguo Women’s Scool.
