Upon entering the exhibition space, one encounters various “lines” drawn across canvases, walls, and within the space itself.

These are not mere lines, but sculptural interventions by Yokomizo within material and space.

This exhibition aligns Yokomizo’s artistic approach with CHISO Gallery’s annual theme, “Connection Points with the World.”

The theme invites reflection on how we perceive beauty and value in the world through awareness.

The “lines” in Yokomizo’s works, once recognized by the viewer, emerge as a scene shimmering like the surface of water reflecting light,

or as a space subtly sculpted into being.

We invite you to stand before each work and discover the points of connection between yourself and the world—and the landscapes that appear therein.
