      Chen Handi, with the courtesy name as Zhongshu, the art name as Fu Lu. Politician and calligrapher born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. When he was young, he went to Japan to study and entered the Shogunate, the governor of the three eastern provinces. After the Xinhai Revolution, he served as secretary-general of the State Council and was involved in the compilation of the Qing Shikan. He is one of the founders of the Chinese Painting Studies Society. He is skilled at painting flowers, dead trees, and bamboo and stones.
