    The artist's name stamp was applied by Madame Dufy after the artist's death.
    On the reverse, a stamp of the management number "420" is also present. (According to the certificate)

    RAOUL DUFY, French painter, one of the Fauvists. Known as the "Magician of Color," he was one of the leading modern French painters of Paris in the 20th century. Based on his original conception of "light = color," he painted a highly transparent and refined style of painting with vivid colors covering the entire picture plane and nimble brushwork, which has earned him worldwide acclaim.
