  WOLFGANG KUBACH and his wife, MARIA WILMSEN, leading contemporary sculptors in Germany. They are famous for their work on books made of stone. They have participated in numerous international sculpture symposiums and held over 200 solo exhibitions in Germany and abroad, and in 1998 established the Museum of Stone Sculpture based on a design by architect ANDO TADAO.
