Qu Hongji

• Qu Hongji, Courtesy name is Zi jiu, Art name is Zhi an, wasborn in Shanhua, Zhangsha hu, Hunan sheng. He was a minister of the last years of Qing dynasty. He became a ministry study in 1987. After that, he passed Fujian and Guangxi exams and worked as a director of Henan, Zhejiang and Sichuan. At the time he went back to Beijing, he worked as elite minister and Parliamentary Vice Minister. He changed name of the office of Each countries Prime minister business to the agency department and worked as the first government service.
