Yu Ji

• Yu Qi was a painter from Putian, Fujian Province, specializing in paintings of elegant women. He was active during the Southern Ming, a refugee regime following the fall of the Ming dynasty. This work depicts a woman appreciating plum blossoms with delicate lines.
