Pu Lun

• Aisin Gioro Pulun, styled Yi’an, belonged to the Manchu Bordered Red Banner. On March 4, 1904, he led the Qing Empire’s delegation as chief representative to the St. Louis World’s Fair in the United States. After returning to China, he was highly regarded and served as President of the Advisory Council and Minister of Agriculture, Industry, and Commerce, becoming an important member of the imperial cabinet during the Xuantong period.
