Zhang Zhaoming

• Zhang Zhaoming, from Wuhan, was a pioneer in the art education field of Hubei Province. He studied under Wang Mengbai and Chen Shizeng at the Beijing Academy of Fine Arts in his early years. He served as the president of Wuchang Art College, chairman of the Wuhan branch of the China Artists Association, and a director of the National China Artists Association. He is renowned for his flower-and-bird paintings.
