Wu Hongxun

• Wu Hongxun, courtesy name Zijia, also known by the art names Hefeng and Zijia Daoren, was a provincial graduate (juren) during the Xianfeng era of the Qing Dynasty. He excelled in painting orchids and bamboo, characterized by elegant and refined brushwork. Wu was also skilled in calligraphy and supported himself by selling his paintings.
