SASADO CHIZUKO

• SASADO CHIZUKO, a Japanese sculptor, was among the first graduating class of Tokyo Zokei University, where she studied under SATO CHURYO, one of Japan's leading sculptors. While working in Sato's atelier, she produced figurative sculptures and also served as a model for many of his works. Her sculptures are characterized by graceful female figures, following the style of her mentor.
