Zhang Gunian

• Zhang Gurnian was from Wujin, Jiangsu Province, and was the nephew of the renowned painter Feng Chaoran. From a young age, he studied painting with his uncle and learned poetry and prose from Wang Tongyu. He excelled in landscape painting and was well-loved by collectors. After crossing the sea to Taiwan, he further honed his artistic skills.
