Wang Yin

  • Wang Yin (Qing Dynasty), also known as Wang Zhao, also known as Wang Yuanzhao, was known as Shuji (叔畦), or Suji (粟畦), and was known as Guoshishanren (告石山人). He was a native of Wuxi during the Tongzhi period. He was good at painting figures, and the ladies had been handed down to him by his family. In his middle age, he copied landscapes from various artists, and in his later years, he improved his art, which became more refined and elegant.
