Liu Bowen

• Liu Ji (劉基), courtesy name Bowen (伯溫), a native of Qingtian (青田) in the state of Zhizhou (處州), hence the name Liu Qingtian (劉青田), was a military strategist, politician, and scholar at the end of the Yuan Dynasty (元末) and early Ming Dynasty (明朝).
