Li Shan

• Li Shan, Courtesy name Yigui, Art name Nianshi, Nianxian, Nianshidaoren. He painted landscape and portraits. He was good at painting birds, vegetables, fruits and flowers, as well as fish and insects. He learned finger painting under Gao Qipei who was a Xingbu shilang. He had a great technique and an elegant painting style. He was endorsed as “Xian yu” by Gao Qipei.
