Suma Yakichiro

  • Yoshiro Suma, a native of Akita, Japan, was a diplomat and spy during the Showa era. From 1933 to 1936, he served as Consul General of the Nanjing Consulate and First Secretary of the Embassy. In 1937, he was transferred back to Japan and transferred to Counselor of the Embassy in the United States.
