  • Chen Shuncheng

    Chen Shuncheng, a well-known writer in Asia and a native of Taipei Xinzhuang. A historical novelist born in Motomachi, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. In 1998, he was awarded the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Third Class. He is a member of the Japan Art Academy. He is a pioneer of Japanese and Chinese historical novels. After his death he was conferred the rank of Zhuixu (Junior Fourth Rank).
