KAMOI REI

• KAMOI REI, Japanese Western-style painter, mainly paints the darkness of society and human beigns. After studying under MIYAMOTO SABURO, he continued his artistic career, exhibiting his work at the Niki Exhibition and other exhibitions. He traveled to South America, Paris, and other cities, and established a studio in Spain, where he immersed himself in his work. He established his own style, in which he overlaps his own figures with those of old men and drunks. After returning to Japan, he worked as a part-time lecturer at Kanazawa College of Art.
