Chu minyi

  • Chu Minyi, courtesy name Chongxing, was born in Huzhou Prefecture, Zhejiang Province (now Wuxing District). He was a politician, diplomat, and physician during the Republic of China, and a member of the Kuomintang (KMT). He played a significant role in the regime of Wang Jingwei (Wang Zhaoming). In addition to his political and diplomatic career, Chu was also well-known for his skills in calligraphy and Tai Chi. He studied Tai Chi under Wu Jianquan. His wife, Chen Shunzheng, was the younger sister-in-law of Wang Jingwei's wife.
