Zang Shiyi

• Zang Shiyi, from Shenyang, Liaoning, with the courtesy name Fengjiu, graduated from the Imperial Japanese Army Academy. He served as the Minister of Civil Affairs and Governor of Fengtian Province in the puppet state of Manchukuo.
