He Houqi

• He Houqi, courtesy name Zizhang, was born in Lingshi, Shangxi Province, and was born in Juren. In the late Qing Dynasty, he succesively served as the county magistrate of Tonghua, Jinxian County, and Liaoyang Prefecture. In 1920, he served as Daoyin and negotiator in the east of Fengtian Province. In 1921, he was changed to Liaoshen Daoyin and Yingkou negotiator. He is addicted to ancient times and is good at appreciating gold, stone, calligraphy and painting.
