• JULIAN OPIE, British contemporary artist. He is one of the artists known as New British Sculpture. He creates unique faces with simple dots and lines, and his works are in the collections of the world's prestigious museums. He is also known as a collector of Ukiyo-e prints, and his collection includes works by artists such as KITAGAWA UTAMARO and UTAGAWA HIROSHIGE. He also produced works influenced by KATSUSHIKA HOKUSAI.
