Chong Qi

• Alut Chongqi, courtesy name Wenshan, was a first-class Jinshi in the fourth year of Tongzhi, the number one scholar. A minister in the late QIng Dynasty, the only bannerman champion in the Qing Dynasty, he served successively as Minister of the Ministry of Officials and Minister of Rites during the Guangxu period.
