    Chen Zhengyan, also knowsn as Huanwei, is the owner of Suyun Pavilion, a native of Shaodong, Zhejiang. He loved calligparhy and painting since childhood. At the age of , he learned flowers and birds from Mr. Zheng Wuchang and later specialized in plum painting. Known as "Mei Chi" by Mr.Zheng Yimei.
