Yang Shoumei

Yang Shoumei, courtesy name Hanxi, was a servant of the flagpole in Wuxi City. In 1902, he was elected, and in 1904, he handled the electricity administration with the Minister of Electricity Administration of the Qing Dynasty in Shanghai, and also managed the Wuxi Telegraph Bureau. The next year, he was recommended as a Taoist priest. In 1909, he served as the first-class prosecutor of the Beijing Army Department. In 1911, he served as a member of the Currency Bureau of the branch and the general office of the Guangzhou Mint.
