Yang Qingpan

• Yang Qingyun, also known as Liang An. contemporary painter. Born in Wuxing, Zhejiang (now Huzhou). He graduated from the Shanghai Art College. In 1919, he founded Cheonmakai with Jiang Xiaoyun, Ding Ding, Liu Yanon and Zhang Jinbo. He advocated the fusion of Chinese and Western paintings and created a new art. He has been active as a cartoonist for many years under the name of "Qing". He is also good at watercolor painting. He is one of the early Chinese cartoonists.
