Zhu Yunming

Zhu Yun Ming, a writer of the Ming dynasty. He is good at poetry and calligraphy. Along with Tang Yin, Wen Chongming, and Xu Zhengqing, he is known as the 'Four Great Children of Wu Zhong'. He is also a representative calligrapher of the mid-Ming Dynasty, along with Wen Chongming and Wang Chaitong. In his early years, he was good at regular calligraphy and studied under Zhao Mengfu and Chu Suiliang. He also studied under Ouyang Xu, Yu Shinan, and Wang (Wang Xizhi, Wang Xianzhi). He learned cursive script from Fa Li Yong, Huang Tingjian, Mi Fu, and Gong Li Shenhou. In his later years, his handwriting changed to lively characters.
