Kuan Ming

• Hung Ming, Tatarra, Manchurian Zhenghongqi. In 1802, he was promoted to rank of shinshi in the Jiaqing Reign. He was appointed to the Kokushikan selection committee, Kobu Yutsuji, Wangairo, Unnan Shirochu, and Kokushikan. He became a killer, the tax director of Deshengkou, and an imperial examination examiner in Doguang Mimo (1822). He has served as Cabinet Chancellor Bachelor, Deputy Tsuyoshi Tsuji, Korokuji Shosei Kyo, Taibokuji Masayoshi, and so on.
