Cui Zhenkuan

• Cui Zhenkuan was born in Chang'an, Shaanxi Province. In 1960, he graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of the Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, where he later taught. In 1981 he entered the Shaanxi Guo Painting Academy. He is a member of the Chinese National Academy of Painting, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, an advisor of the Shaanxi Provincial Artists Association, a visiting professor at the Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, a painter of the Shaanxi National Academy of Fine Arts, and a national first-class artist.
