Wang Yisheng

• Wang Yisheng was born in Gai County, Liaoning. In 1957, he entered the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts Junior High School. In 1982, he furthered his studies at the Chinese Painting Research Institute's figure painting research group. He is a professor of Chinese painting, an instructor of master students, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, and a director of the China Tongze Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute.
