Cai Pei

• Cai Pei, with the courtesy name as Ziping, was born in Wuxi, Jiangsu. Chinese politician and diplomat. He is the mayor of Nanjing and the ambassador to Japan of the Nanjing National Government (Wang Jingwei administration).
