Xie Guohuan

  • Dankokukan, the courtesy name is Gyokuan, and the art name is Tetsuho. Xiaoren, director of the Mukden Tax Administration Bureau in the late Qing dynasty. After the establishment of the Republic of China, he served as the secretary of the general affairs department of the Mukden Governor's Office, the superintendent of the Fengtian Provincial Government Bank, and the deputy director of the Tunken Bureau of the Three Eastern Provinces. In 1919, he served as head of the Mukden Industrial Administration, in the same year he served as the secretary-general of the three eastern provinces inspector's office, the head of the political affairs office, and the secretary-general of the Mengjiang Envoy's Office. In 1923, he joined the Tunken Office of the Three Eastern Provinces. In 1926, he was appointed director of the Beijing tax office, and at the end of the same year he was appointed director of the An Guo military administrative affairs office. From 1928 onwards, he served as a councilor of the East Three Provincial Security General Headquarters, and in 1932 he was appointed as the Director of the Japanese Ministry of the Ahe Province Government and Deputy Director General of the Atsuseigo General Bureau.
