Kang Sheng

• Kang Sheng, original name is Zhang Zongke, the courtesy name is Shaoqing, nickname is Zhang Wang, former name is Zhao Rong, Zhang Rong, name is Luchishui, born in Zhucheng, Shandong Province. He was one of the early leading leaders of the Communist Party of China and the People's Republic of China. He has served as Standing Committee Member of the CPC Zhongli Politburo, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and Vice Chairman of the National Political Conference.
