Chen Quansheng

• Chen Quansheng, from Wendeng, Shandong, was born in Qingdao. He has lived in Jinan for a long time. He is a well-known Chinese painter, director of the 3rd Artists Association, vice president of the Shandong Artists Association, national first-class artist, and visiting professor at Shenzhen University Art College. He receives a special allowance from the State Council government.
