Wang Qihua

• Wang Qihua, also known as Yanshi Louzhu, was born in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. He is good at Chinese painting. He was born into a family of readers. His father is a Qing dynasty man, and his ancestors are Wang Wu and Wang Hui, masters of flower and bird painters in the early Qing dynasty. Influenced by his family environment, he learned poetry and calligraphy from an early age. In 1932 he graduated from the Suzhou Fine Arts College. He studied under masters such as Yan Yuan and Wu Zishen. He will hold a solo exhibition in Shanghai.
