Lin Ziping

• Lin Ziping, his other name is Youzhi, his courtesy name is Ziping, and his art name is Liuwuzhai Zhuren. Born in the family of a vassal of the Tokugawa Shogunate. In the late Edo period he was active in military science and geography. He is known as a patriotic thinker and naval advocate. Along with Takayama Nekuro and Gamo-kun, he is known as one of the three eccentrics of Kansei.
