Chen Mei

• Chen Mei，Born in Lou County (present-day Songjiang, Shanghai). He first learned painting from the Song dynasty, and then adopted the techniques of the Ming dynasty Tang dynasty and Western painting techniques. In 1726, he was summoned to the imperial court and appointed Uiro, an officer of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
