Ding Baoshu

Ding Baoshu, with the courtesy names as Yunxuan, Yunxuan, and the art names as Landaoren and Huandaoren. Born on February 29, 1866 in Wuxi. In the 19th year of the reign of Qing Dynasty Guangxu (1893), he was selected as an honorary tribute. He likes Chinese painting, and learns how to paint flowers from his hometown, Kengo Kou. In his later years he painted vivid and graceful works. He is the editor of the Shanghai Civilization Book Bureau, and the editor of ancient Chinese paintings and paintings drawn by Zhang Zixiang's disciples. He publishes a collection of paintings and poetry.
