• Chen Guozhen was born in Kaifeng. He is a councilor of the People's Government of Henan Province, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the China Artists Association, an advisor of the Henan Province Calligraphers Association, and a vice president of the Henan Province Chinese Painting Society.
