Pu Jingqiu, also known as Songying, was a member of the Qing royal family and the younger sister of Pu Yi. Known as "Fifteen Aunt" by the people, she was an important painter of the Beijing-Tianjin school of painting, along with Pu Ru and Pu Yi. She was skilled in meticulous painting of insects and plants, particularly renowned for her exceptional talent in painting butterflies.
