Luo Liangjian

• Luo Liangjian, with the courtesy name as Kuzi, born in Hunan Shanhua, military general of the Republic of China. He graduated from Mingde Xuetang and Jinling University. He is dispatched to the 1st Division of the Jiujiang Student Army and promoted to 1st Platoon Commander. After the establishment of the Republic of China, he became Deputy Director of the 3rd Department of the Chairman's Office of the Military Commission. In 1928 (17th year of the Republic of China), he served as a member of the Anhui Provincial Government and Director of the Civil Affairs Bureau of the Anhui Provincial Government.
