Zhu Yuan

• Zhu Yuan with the courtesy name as Qi Zhen, was born in Wujin, Jiangsu. Zhu Ang's younger brother. In his early years he studied under the style of bird-and-flower painter Hui Shouping, later specializing in landscape painting, and under the style of Zong Dongyuan and Huang Gongwang.
