Luo Jizu, the courtesy name is Fenggao, the art names are Geng'an, Gengweng, the native place is Shangyu, Zhejiang, and he was born in Kyoto, Japan. From an early age, he lived with his grandfather and the famous epilogue scholar and philologist Luo Zhenyu, and received a rigorous education. At the cram school, he reads old books and learns calligraphy and painting. He had never been educated in school, and read books such as the Four Books, the Five Classics, and the Donghua Lu. He later left achievements in fields such as history, archeology, doctorate in literature, books, and calligraphy. He has made significant contributions, especially in the fields of philology and Northeast history research.
