Lee Chengzhi was born in Zhangqiu, Shandong. In the 1960s he studied painting under Heibolong. He is good at Chinese landscape painting, flowers and birds, and calligraphy. He will participate in the 6th and 7th National Art Exhibition, the Chinese Contemporary Chinese Landscape Painting Exhibition, and the Chinese Painting Institute Landscape Painting Invitation Exhibition. He has participated in the National Contemporary Landscape Flower and Birds Painting Exhibition 6 times.
