Liang Dingming

• Liang Dingming, with the courtesy name as Xiaoqiao, from Shunde, Guangdong, was born in Nanjing, was a modern painter, and died in Taipei. When he was young he learned Western painting. Later he engaged in Chinese painting. In the 1920s he painted calendar advertisements for Shanghai British American Tobacco. In 1923 he founded the Tianhua Art Society and later produced many historical paintings.
