Liu Yongnian

• Liu Yongnian, with the courtesy name as Junxi, was born in Taiyuan, Bingzhou (now Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province). Northern Song dynasty minister of foreign affairs, painter, second empress of the Northern Song Dynasty's third emperor, Zhenzong's second empress, Empress Zhaoxian Mingsu's second nephew, son of Rongguo Duke Liu Conde. He is good at painting. 36 of his works are included in "Xuanhe Huapu".
