Xue Qirong

• Xue Qirong, born in Min County, Fuzhou Prefecture, Fujian Province. In the 15th year of GuangXu (1889), he participated in the court examination and became the second Koshinshi. In May of the same year, he became Shujishi of Hanlin Yuan.
