Chen Qicai

• Chen Qicai, with the courtesy name as Aishi, the art name as Hanlu, was born in Huzhou Fu, Zhejiang Province (now Wuxing District). A military general, politician, banker, and businessman in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. He is Chen Qiye, the younger brother of Chen Qimei. Uncle of Chen Guofu and Chen Lifu's brother (son of Chen Qiye).
